Cannot access router page with IP address / default gateway

My connection drops a lot and so I am trying to get into my router's interface to play around with the channels. But I cannot access that page with my router's IP address. There's a url on the back of my router but that does not work either. The only result I get is the usual error page.

I really need to access this to hopefully switch channels! Thanks.

And here's some relevant info from running cmd prompts:

"IPv4 Address:
Subnet Mask:
Default Gateway:"

I also pinged the IP address and it's working.

I should also note that both PCs I use don't have ethernet ports, so I'm unable to connect my laptops directly to the router using ethernet cables.

  1. Those IP addresses are not private IP addresses. Those (your address and gateway address) are both public IP addresses. It doesn't look like you are connected to a normal home environment.
  2. Thanks, how would I go about fixing that? Should I just factory reset the router?
  3. I don't know where to go from here. What ISP and router do you have? I am guessing you are probably not in USA...
