how to limit the wireless connection speed

so my family keep streaming youtube at 1080p even though i told them multiple times that the internet simply isn't good enough for them to be able to watch at 1080 without fucking up my connection, they are all running wireless connections (mostly using their smartphones) and i'm running wired. is there any program or something like that that i could use to set a limit to how much of the bandwidth they can use. for example limiting the wireless speed to 5mb/s so i can use the rest on my wired connection.

Turn off the router or change the password. Don't tell them the password and if they continue to mess around on their phones just disconnect them via the router. You could try connecting directly to the ADSL or Fiber Optic Cable.
There are some pieces of software that work on computers but not on Phones ect.
