Can i play current gen games on i3 5th Gen processor ?

I recently bought a laptop with i3 5th gen processor @ 2.1 ghz , 8gb ram , 1 tb hdd and 2gb Nvidia geforce 820m. I am able to play Skyrim at medium-high settings, Will i be able to play Watchdogs at medium settings ? What are the other games i can play ?

Yes a FEW games, but that Nvidia 820M is going to be holding back (I think that's an equiv of a GT 630).

lower the settings, and you should be able to play a few games.
just dont expect much, a 2.1ghz by todays standard is low. and 820m is 2nd to the lowest in it's generation
