Now i was looking for a motherboard for my I5 2500 and beings its slightly dated the LGA1155 socket doesn't have very many motherboards to offer! My budget was £100 and i couldn't find a decent kinda high end 'New' not refurbished motherboard for gaming. So i got the Asrock h61 Pro Btc motherboard for temp and i wanted to upgrade it in the future and im not sure where to go any options?

Motherboards are mostly about features, despite what motherboard manufacturer's like to advertise. A "gaming" branded board isn't any faster than a regular one. Unless you need better overclocking support (which, if you've got a locked chip anyway doesn't matter) you're probably fine where you are. If you need more SATA ports, PCI-E slots or something else I recommend eBay. I got an ASUS P8Z68-V PRO for $80 brand new (but obviously old stock) about a year ago on eBay
