Hi guys. I have a hp pavilion slimline s5-1440d computer which I bought about 2 years ago.

It have Gt 620 which I wanted an upgrade, and I finally came up to solution of changing the graphic card to GTX 680.

I want to know if my computer can hold this graphic card.

My computer have:
Intel i5-3570 Cpu 3.40Ghz
4gb of ram
Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua) motherboard
Internal 270W (100V-240V)

and here is a link to the specification of my computer.

I am also looking foward to put one more 4gb ram. I can happily change my power supply if needed. And if my case is not big enough to hold this GPU, I might consider buying a new computer. Thank you.

P.S. My english is second language, so please understand for my bad english..

Solution
your power supply is only 270 watts, a 680 needs around 600 watts. that case should support an ATX sized power supply, so if you want a 680, I would go for a 650 watt 80 PLUS BRONZE or better power supply.

So only changing the power supply will solve this problem?

you can have it inside... just turn it on its side. it might take some support rigging, but it saves money, and lets you keep the case. or you could ditch the case like I did, I just have my system sitting on my desk right now because I am getting a new one.
