which motherboard is better for gaming and overclocking ?

i have core i7 4790k processor 16gb ddr3 ram and gtx 970 g1 gaming sli graphics card i have three options 1st is Asus Maximus hero vii 2nd is Msi Z97A Gaming 7 and 3rd is GA-Z97X-Gaming GT which motherboard is better overall

Asus gives the more overclocking abilities and utilities. But MSI systems though less overclock able provide better stability. So you can now decide which one to go for. If you ask me i'll go for asus, i'll manage the stability factor myself.
