Could this system run modern shooters and up coming games?

Hello can the 'system 1 specs' run games like Battlefield 4, Arma 3, Heroes and Generals, War Thunder on a good graphics setting and good FPS?
And is the 'system 2' good for games like Battlefield 4 and Arma 3 or should i go with the System 1 specs or upgrade it?

SYSTEM 1:

CPU; Intel Core i5 4460 Haswell (4x 3200 MHz) Quad Core
GPU:8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (Corsair Memory - Dual Channel)
RAM:AMD Radeon R7 370 (MSI RADEON R7 370 2G GDDR5)
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3 (AMD CrossfireX)

SYSTEM 2
CPU;Intel Core i3 4160 Haswell (2x 3600 MHz) Dual Core
GPU:8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (Corsair Memory - Dual Channel)
RAM:AMD Radeon R7 370 (MSI RADEON R7 370 2G GDDR5)
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3 (AMD CrossfireX)

System 1 i would say medium-to-high rez. would you consider upgrading the parts to it for future proofing? like upgrading to a "k" version CPU like the intel core i5 4690k. The memory is decent for these upcoming games i would say.
