How can i fix this with the Pic in this link?

My Run.bat Code is:

@echo off
java -Xms512M -Xmx15364M -jar spigot.jar -o true
PAUSE

My Ram is 8GB but I cant Run the Server on 1GB i want it to Run on 2-3GB but it says this: screenshot

Err, that's 15 GB of memory you are requesting. Perhaps an extra digit slipped in there? GB = MB / 1024

change:
-Xmx2G
to
-Xmx3072M
