You could buy/build any gaming PC that can run minecraft... its the connection that's the problem, be sure to check if you have a good internet provider and a good router, other than that good luck! If you want to run minecraft on a PC the build above is great.

All you need is a 70$ APU (AMD) and you'll get 60-45 minimum FPS.
