Can any one help me overclock my FX 4100 Black Edition i am a fresher in this and dunno what to do in bios setting

My Specs

MB : GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU : AMD FX 4100 Black Edition
PSU : Stock PSU and (Upgrading to Seasonic 520 W)
RAM : 4 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

don't worry mate i own a pc components shop so frying the CPU is not a big deal but the only thing is i cant take stuffs above 10k INR i.e $150 in my shop thats my dad's orders if 4100 gets fried then will switch to 6300 cpu so can you help me with overclocking
