Cant connect to internet (not via WiFi, not via ethernet, not to another router)

Hello,
the last days I have a problem I cant connect to internet. Windows troubleshooter was saying that I had problem with the DNS, now the message is " Your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device Detected or resource (www.microsoft.com) is not responding".
I tried connecting via ethernet, via WiFi, I used a usb WiFi dongle but still nothing. Other devices on my router work properly.
I have tried flushdns, renew the IP stack, reset TCP/IP, manual setting the DNS, temporary deactivate BitDefender but no improvement.
Please help :eek:
