Need help in motherboard and psu?

1. I need a cheapest good quality motherboard which has lga 775 socket and has ddr3 1333mhz support (without overclock) and has a good speed of gpu slot (pretty noob here) for gtx 750ti and compatible with this board?
2. I need a good quality and cheap (non modular) 400W psu which can power this kind of pc without any problems and is compatible with this board and GPU and should be safe to my components?

Ps. I am strictly on budget so make it cheap and good in quality and should be available in India

My X38 board supported either DDR2 or DDR3 as well.

1) Seeing as S775 boards aren't being made anymore, you're at the mercy of whatever is left on Ebay and forums. That P5K3 is pretty good, as are the X38 and X48 boards.

2) I don't know India prices or stores. What is available to you? If you provide a list we can provide a best PSU for the money answer.

The P5k3 can yes. As can my old Foxconn X38 board. I think the X48s will as well. You'll have to look and see what boards are available to you and see. Most S775 boards were DDR2. There might have been one Asrock board that ran DDR or DDR2. The DDR1 boards were mostly S478. Look around for DDR3 and S775 boards, they are out there.
