Somehow i don't know my computer don't give me potential performance of my system. Then i think maybe overclocking my CPU can help. The main problem occurs when i play games, especially Dota 2. My system in game gets 60-120 fps around. Mostly higher than 80 fps. But i cant feeling smoothness while playing. Sometimes lagging, stuttering.. Fps drops quickly i mean 80 to 60 and i feel that drop. Is that normal feel it in game? How can i increase my computer potential with overclock which steps should i follow?

One more question about my ram, 2 ram that is in 1-2 slots 1600mhz (4gb x2) and the other rams are 1333mhz in 3-4 slots. They have different timing as you guys see in picture. I set in Bios all rams run 1333mhz and in table there was only 1 timing "9 9 9 24" same for both rams and also set timings 9 9 9 24. Is that ok? Did i correct form or can it be more useful with different settings?
