Hi all, I recently purchased a system for crazy low price and am now experiencing problems :( .
Any help would be aprreciated :)

The Problem:
I installed my nvidia geforce 9500gt from one of my older unused systems into the newly purchased pc and it worked. I proceeded to install my graphics drivers (the latest from nvidia website - whql) and rebooted. Everything worked fine so I played a few mins of minecraft and then shutdown. After 3 hours away i finally reached home and booted up my pc, everything seemed normal until a few seconds after the windows 7 loading screen where the screen remained blank for ~5mins the computer then restarted and proceded to startup repair which became a loop. Since then it would only boot up sometimes or get stuck in the loop mentioned before. Windows always boots in safe mode though and windows always boots with no gpu drivers

What I tried:
1. uninstall drivers with ddu in safe mode
2. reinstalled different versions of the drivers
3. reseating the gpu
4. checking for dust in the gpu fan
5. I reinstalled windows xp on the system

After reinstalling windows xp i noticed the windows xp splash was distorted and had black dots on it. Now it will not boot into windows xp with the gpu drivers installed Please HELP.

My System(I know its pathetic but got it for basically nothing):
CPU: Celeron D 3.2ghz
GPU: Geforce 9500gt 1DDR2
Ram: 2GB DDR2
Case: ThermalTake v2s
Psu: 350w ThermalTake
MOBO: MSI g41mP33 combo
