I'm kind of sick of bulky air coolers getting in the way of cable management and RAM. So I was looking into some 120mm air coolers. I wasn't sure if it would be overkill to go with a H80i or if the H75 would do just fine. Thanks for the responses.

I'm using a Corsair 100I GTX AIO for an I7 3770k and it works great. At 4.5 GHZ my idle is 28-32C and Load is 50-60C. It never hurts to have an ice cold CPU. Go with the biggest one that will fit both your case and budget.

It may depend on your case and the fan bays that you have and where they are positioned. I have the Corsair H55 and with my i5 2500k running at about 4.0-4.7Ghz I was getting good temperatures of around 36-43°C idle and around 50-65°C gaming, so the choice is yours! I would say that the H80i is better I haven't looked into the H75 at all!
