Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs

I am working on building my gaming pc rig http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YQKmcf and I got a notice saying that Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs what does that mean and should i change the motherboard if i should please give a recommendation for a good motherboard. If you could help it would be great

You can usually look at the manufacturer's website and determine which BIOS version is required for a specific CPU by looking at the CPU compatibility page -- http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970M%20Pro3/?cat=CPU That chart says BIOS ALL is required to support the 6300 (look for 6300 in the part number -- FD6300WMW6KHK) -- That means that that board was shipped with support for the CPU since day 1.
