Are any COD games worth it on pc?

I would like to start playing call of duty on pc but I don't really know which ones are good/worth it, or still active online. I've heard bo2 isn't that active, and aw isn't a very good port.

Any thoughts?

Both ghosts and advanced warfare are good ports in my opinion as they retain all functionality except the co op functions compared to there console counter parts.
