Well as the title says I'm looking to run Arma 3 & Dayz standalone at a minimum of 60 FPS on at least standard quality. I can currently only get around 14 FPS in cities and buildings and 45-60 FPS in the woods or out of town on extremely low. I have all the latest drivers and its even installed on an SSD.
I know these games are poorly optimized and what not but I would still like to improve upon what I have.

My specs:
OS: Windows 10 64bit
RAM: 16 GB gddr3 1600
Storage: Samsung 840 pro 250GB
Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-9370 Eight-Core Processor 4.42 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Evga GTX 770 SC edition 2GB
PSU: Corsair HX750
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i

Is there anything I should upgrade or can do to improve game performance.
I really appreciate any help.

Buy these:
CPU: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E3-1231V3B-BX80646E31231V3/dp/B00KB4A2XA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439930035&sr=8-1&keywords=xeon+e3+1231+v3
Motherboard: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-DDR3-2600-Motherboards-GAMING/dp/B00K8KPXUO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439930073&sr=8-1&keywords=msi+gaming+5

What most people don't realize nowadays is that everyone thinks that the 'high end' GPUs are what make a true difference in FPS. The fact is most of the time it is not especially for your circumstances. I also had an AMD cpu and I asked almost this same exact question. But when I switched to this^^^ intel CPU, I run everything on max settings at 60 fps or more. AND I only have an R9 270X 4gb for the GPU.

In other words switch to an intel CPU, it makes a world of difference.

Dayz standalone/arma 3/arma 2 are definitely not cut out for the best optimization in the world..

I normally Would recommend overclocking for arma but in your case with that cpu it might not help very much for arma, but then again im not sure there..

Intel really works wonders in terms of arma, I switched from the fx 8350 to a i7-5820k (4.5ghz) and the difference is unreal.
