What would be the recommended wattage for this build?

Hello all!

So I'm building a PC for a friend, and I am trying to save as much money for him as possible (which isn't working too well with the current standing of the Canadian dollar, but that's another issue). My question is pretty simple, so I'll get to it. Here's the build thus far:

As you can see I have a 600W PSU currently picked out that I am hoping to be enough, but am unsure.
Please note that we are planning on overclocking the CPU and GPU to their best potential with the cooling seen there.

If this PSU does not have enough wattage, and you have a suggestion on a better (preferably cheap, but build quality comes before price) power supply that would also be much appreciated.

Thanks!

600 watts is bare minimum for FX-8320 and R9 390, leaving little room to overclock. Also, the 600B is a lower quality power supply than you should be using on a demanding gaming system. I recommend an EVGA 750 B2 as a low cost, higher power and higher quality solution.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($104.99 @ NCIX)
Total: $104.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
