Will this get me VAC banned???

Yep if you play on VAC servers you will be banned. This is because you are running a graphics modifier. Basically unless you are really good at coding yourself, any script you grab from the web, Valve already has a copy and just waiting to do a a Ban Run.
Edit: Well looking at the script its basically a giant macro script. While it isn't modifying the graphics (though the picture shows it) you are changing the game so I suspect any VAC server will detect this and ban you.

On top of VAC you have to consider Overwatch too. If Valve misses you using a script, which is highly unlikely they will miss it. But for the sake of discussion IF you miss the VAC scripts such as this are blatantly obvious to other players, especially those in overwatch.

From what I've read, AHK won't get you vac banned but will definitely get you Overwatch banned.
And probably kicked in the nuts by your friends if they find out.
