Ever since I installed my new motherboard, there has been a weird buzzing sound coming from my PC -- It sounds like a mixture of electricity and the noise things make when they first start to read a CD. I haven't yet taken off the side of my case yet, but it sounds like it's coming from the bottom part of my PC. I've also realized that the power button LED on my PC does not light up. I'm not sure if this could do anything with it, but I'd way rather have it be that then the hard drive or PSU. The noise also changes pitches and often goes away while playing more demanding games.

Here is a list of my PC parts:

The sound you are describing sounds like what is called "coil whine." Check out this link: http://lifehacker.com/this-video-explains-what-coil-whine-is-and-how-to-avoid-1669522880

Googling your PSU and "coil whine" brings up a handful of results indicating others are experiencing the same thing with that PSU. The good news is, if it is coil whine, it's harmless. The bad news is, there really isn't anything you can do about it besides figure out which part is making the noise (often GPU or PSU) and swapping it out for a different part.

Okay thanks, the noise sounded similar to the one in the video, and I definitely think that that is the issue. As long as it's harmless, I don't think I'm going to screw with anything.
