First off are you sure everything is connected and working as it should? If it is there might be a problem with the CPU but I highly doubt it. The problem may also be that the PC case gets hot because of a poor fan configuration. If you haven't made a proper push/pull configuration in your case it might cause a rise in temperatures. Yes, I reseated the waterblock 3 times and each time it got a little better. I used the pea method and pressed firmly on the heatsink so that it spread all over the cpu. I have my side panels open and I am currently in my cool basement so I dont think thats an issue. For my configuration currently I am only running it in a pull config but I just ordered longer screws to mount the other fan for a full on push/pull config. I am just surprised because I though I would be getting temps in the mid 20s but they are now like anywhere from 35-40C.
