You'd be doing yourself a favor by going with a custom loop and not messing with the AIO cooler stuff for these cards. That cooler is meant to only cover the GPU so regardless you would have to cover your VRAM modules with heatsinks. With a custom loop there should be a full cover water block that would be much simpler to install on the card and it would provide way better cooling. As far as it fitting, it should. But, it would be better to call EVGA and ask their tech guys. They have the best customer service I've ever run into, so don't be afraid to ask them anything.

This is the reply i got when i contacted EVGA :( :

The Hybrid Cooler for GeForce GTX 980 Ti will not work on the ACX cooler as the reference cooler fan is required for cooling the other components of the card.

Regards,
EVGA

Also ,

If anyone can share a link with better cooling solution i will be thankful ..

I would go to EKWB.com and use their UI to see if they have a full cover water block that fits your GPU. If they don't, I know they have generic water blocks that will fit, but as I said before you will need VRAM heatsinks in order to cool the rest of the card off. That stuff is only available in custom water loop designs and no AIO cooler will fit your GPU then.
