Not preforming as expected

I just got a new computer:
- GTX 750 ti 2gb gddr5
- G3258 3,2ghz
- H81M-P33
- 8gb ram
- 250gb
- 600w
And I thought this was a really good budget gaming pc, I thought i could play every game at least on medium but then when i got it, built it and ran skyrim i was shocked. I got 5-10 FPS !!!!!!!!! ON MEDIUM!!! 1080p !!!! I saw tons of videos and benchmark tests and stuff on how good this gpu and cpu are.
Can someone please explain me what is going on?

That's great, what OS are you running and what driver revision (I'm pretty sure you can check this by opening up GeForce experience.

Is this issue just in Skyrim, or haven't you had the chance to try other games?

I am running on Windows 10 Pro and i just downloaded geforce experience and i am currently installing geforce windows 10 driver.

I've updated the driver and optimized the game. Now it runs smooth on ultra high!
