Hello, so i want new pc that can handle csgo with 60fps 1080p.
I'm teenager so i have low buget, about 500 EUR, this is parts what i have choosen: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RTqZyc

Will everything fit? And wont anything bottleneck something? If this build is not good enough for 500eur then please make your and post it. Thank you! :)

hmm...that seems like best you could do indeed.
But I think you could drop the DVD-drive. You can just try finding some old, used one and use it.
It isn't worth it to buy a new one at the age of digital distribution and USB flash drives.
You can install most things digitally anyway. The only thing you need DVD drive for, is installing the Operating System.
Not even that necessarily.
So drop the optical drive and use the extra for better gpu, motherboard, psu or cpu cooler.

I feel like cpu cooler or PSU would be wisest move.

CX is known for having problems so a bit higher grade PSU wouldn't do harm.
A good cpu cooler would keep the temperatures down when you are gaming.
