Hey there, Katenso.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your drive. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do when the drive is at this state, except transfer all you can of your personal data, no matter how long it takes and when it stops responding completely, you can turn to a professional data recovery company if you still have data left to recover: WD Data Recovery Partners
Other than that, if the drive is still under warranty, I'd recommend that you contact our customer support and RMA it, as @Cazauxx suggested: Warranty & RMA Services

Please let me know how everything goes.

This is unfortunate indeed. I hope you'll able to get all of your valuable data back. Keep the screenshot and the data from the test you ran in case it's needed by the customer support, but don't run more diagnostic tools so that the drive doesn't get in worse condition before you're able to recover all you can.

Good luck!
