I have a DLINK router which provides Wi Fi connectivity to the house. My desktop does not have a Wifi adaptor. Can I connect the LAN cable to a Belkin router and use that to access the DLINK network?

Does the Dlink router not have Ethernet ports? What is the model number?

You simplest solution would be to simply purchase a USB wireless adapter and plug it into one of the USB ports on your computer. Or, you can install a PCI wireless card in one of your motherboards PCIe slots. If there is an Ethernet port on your Dlink router, you can run an Ethernet cable from that to your computer, or to another router and then to your computer as well.
