I used microsoft media creation tool for windows 10 on a usb, so now its dedicated to it.

They were deleted when you put the bootable windows 10 file on it sorry to say.
"A blank USB or DVD (and DVD burner) with at least 4 GB of space if you want to create media. We recommend using a blank USB or blank DVD, because any content on it will be deleted."

Yah go to your pc, right click the usb drive and choose format, do a quick format and it will delete everything on the drive and return it to a regular usb stick.
