New built.

4 sticks of RAM cause "no signal" to screen trouble.

Tested them all, all work perfectly well.
2 sticks: all works spledidly.
4 sticks: troubles arise.

(the mobos RAMok! button triggers boot but there dont seem to be any changes in the BIOS- restart causes problem again.)

Any BIOS tweaks I need to do to get this done or should I search for a mobo with better compatibility (RAM was bought a month ago, not sure I could exchange that)?

[updated for clarification]

You want to know if you should search for a mobo with better compatibility.

The problem is that the symptoms you are experiencing using 2x 8GB (2x 4096MB) are common when mixing multiple RAM kits. Since the two kits you have combined have never been tested together, there is no guarantee they will work.

Instead of searching for a mobo with better compatibility, use a single kit.

DRAM Voltage sits at 1.5, so to 1.56? It auto switches to 1.56250 then.
CPU/NB : which one exactly?

Sorry, the copied description was unclear.
I have 4x4GB Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9-9-9-24, they came in 2 sets of 2. Same make and charge.

Yes, thats right.
Sorry for the unclear description. 4 x 4 GB total

Using two kits isn't guaranteed to work.

Here is a G.Skill FAQ:

Q:
I want to install more memory, in addition to my existing memory kit. What are my options?

A:
We do not recommend mixing memory kits, regardless of brand or model.

By mixing memory kits together, there may be compatibility issues such as unable to boot or unable to operate at rated specifications.

Each of our memory kit are thoroughly tested to ensure compatibility within each memory kit. And because we have not tested our memory kit with your existing memory kit, we cannot guarantee compatibility when multiple kits are used.

Start with 2 sticks and go into BIOS ensure the data rate and timings are correct, then change DRAM voltage up + 0.06 and raise the CPU/NB voltage to 1.3, save, exit, shutdown and add the other two sticks and give it a try

Yea, no dice.

Same problem with 3 sticks after the changes.

Guess they just dont like the mobo.
Dont have the money to get different RAM and I can still exchange the mobo no problem, so I guess Ill have to find another one =/

Thanks for the help, guys!!!

Looks like I can exchange them- for the same model. Worth a try?
Playing with the thought of just trying and selling the newly send ones and getting 2 8GB sticks instead. Thoughts?
