Your best bet is to search in the used PC world. Find an old desktop, or something you can get your hands on for free, or really cheap. and spend the majority of your budget on putting a good graphics card in there. a 750Ti/950Ti for example.

I would recommend you get some help from firends or parents to help you find an old desktop either some family or friends have they are not using, and for you to start from there. Getting a newer graphics card in an older machine (5-6 years old) should still produce a decent little gaming rig. There is no need to go big to start. The world of PC gaming is a progessive hobby. Starting from the bottom and building from there. You will learn all sorts of things by starting with a lower end system. Learn about what really makes a real difference performance wise for gaming, and an old system with a newer $100-$150 graphics card will do pretty darn well.

You need to save up a bit more money, and get this
