Need advice between MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2GB and XFX R9 380 2GB

I am new to the gaming desktop world and I am looking at two computers the only difference between them is the graphics card one has a MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2GB and the other has a XFX R9 380 2GB. I play Arma the most and I want to be able to record the games and be able to run the game on ultra settings. I was curious which one would be the best.

960 is the best choice. I have a 960 on one of my rigs and I am impressed by it's performance. 960 is better with power consumption and heat. It also performs slightly better than the r9 380. I also play Arma III on my 960 rig at ultra settings @ 1080p. So I recommend the 960.
