Recently my internet/phone was cut during some landscaping (the wires are underground). It took about a week and a half until someone came out to fix it. After it was finished I noticed my internet connection was not the same. I played some CS:GO Competitive and Casual and in each, I lagged 15 seconds after each round starts, when I die, when the round starts or stops, and at random intervals throughout the game. CS:GO runs fine though during Offline Mode. I verified the integrity and ran a speed test. The speed test checked out fine, and after the verifying I was missing one file but then had that fixed. I played a game of casual afterwards and the lag still remained. I'm not sure if it's due to the wire being cut or what. Any help is appreciated!
UPDATE: I've multiple games of CoD: Black Ops 2 and Terraria Multiplayer as well as other multiplayer games and my connection is fine.
