Hello,
I currently have a Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600mhz single stick and I ordered the exact same stick to expand my PC memory.
What are the chances to face compatibility issues? Should I cancel my order?
Also, are the sticks going to work in dual mode?
Thank you!

The answer depends, of course, on your motherboard.

Assuming that the motherboard supports dual channel (they all do), and that you put the RAM in the correct slots (check the manual), I'd give you about a 60% chance that it will work fine and a 40% chance that the system will not boot. If it won't boot, members who have much more experience with this than I do will guide you in gently tweaking settings until it does work.

The reason I say this is that we see a lot of cases where memory that was bought separately, even if the same make and model, does not play nicely. This is one reason that 2-stick and 4-stick kits are selling so well these days; the sticks have been tested together.
