Hey guys! So I'm about ready to make my final purchase on Newegg for my new build. I've done lots of research, and wanted to share this with you guys. I'm looking for any serious flaws, or anything that is not compatible, for example, is the 850W PSU enough power for all of this? So here it is:

Thermaltake Core V71 "already purchased and receieved"

ASUS Z97-E

Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon Quad-Core

EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

x2 CORSAIR Vengeance LP 8GB

ZALMAN CNPS12X Heatsink

x2 Samsung 120GB SATA SSD

PSU Corsair RM Series RM1000 1000W

Thats it! Is there anything else I'm missing inorder to get this PC started? Any crucial pieces I forgot to add? Also, if you see anything that you know to be cheaper but of the same performance, please do let me know. Does everything look compatible? My biggest fear is the GPU needing a certain power slot that the PSU won't be able to offer, or the Mobo not being compatible..Idk. I did as much research as I can and I just wanted to come to you guys for a last check, I trust yall.

Thanks guys, I'll be online to check replies.

P.S. I already have a 1080p 26inch monitor(i'll be updating to a 4k in the future), main point of this PC is to play all the newest games on MAX settings.

My thoughts exactly. Get a good Seasonic Unit like a S12G 750w or S12II 620W if u want something cheaper.

That's an excellent Corsair Unit. By all means, get it if you'rein thet kind of price range.

I wouldn't exactly call the RM's excellent. I would say "above mediocre". There's much better units in that price range. The EVGA G2/P2/T2 units, Seasonic X, and Corsair HXi / AXi are what you should consider getting before getting anything else.

Also why not Skylake? If you're spending that kind of money *ALWAYS* get the latest and greatest. Get an i7-6700K and Asus Z170 board instead - that will be a much better purchase.

And 2 x 120GB SSDs are *NOT* a wise purchase if you don't have some sort of mass storage drive. Look at GTA V which takes 60GB per install and Wolfenstein The New Order which is 33GB per install. That will eat space for breakfast.

Well I don't have loads of money to spend. My budget can go no higher than 1800 for this build. And what do you mean by the 2 SSDs? Is that not going to work good?
