Hello, i have a question is it worth upgrading this:
CPU: i3-2100
GPU: GTS 450
Mothrboard: AsRock H61M-VS
RAM: 4gb

To this:

CPU: AMD APU A10-5800k
GPU: r9 280 3gb
MOBO ASRock FM2A58M-HD+
RAM: 8gb
PSU: *this is for gpu* Corsair Fx 600w

OR just wait til my birthday sell my pc get some money after birthday and buy a nice gaming laptop (it doesnt need to be strong i only whant to play minecraft and black ops 2) suggest what laptop but dont do more than 850$

Solution
It is a nice upgrade, though a better CPU would be to the x4 860k instead of the A10. You don't need the integrated graphics of the APU's since you plan on getting a dedicated GPU. Also a 500 watts PSU would be fine.

For $850 budget on a laptop you might get an older model with 860m or maybe a new model with 950m or so. Unless you need the mobility of a laptop it is not worth it, a desktop will always outperform a laptop if the budget is the same.

im buying from my country shop because in other country shop doesnt deliver items to my country or if delivers i need to pay about ~50$

Well u not going to understand my country language but u can try takeing a look: http://www.kilobaitas.lt/PCI-E_16x/Gigabyte/VGA_PCIE16_R9_280_3GB_GDDR5/GV/GV-R928WF3OC-3GD/CatalogStoreDetail.aspx?CatID=PL_433&ID=550593 (here a bit translation: Aprasymas - Description, Specifikacija - Specification)

EDIT: im right for psu there is written "System power supply requirement: 600W"

The Athlon x4 860K is a good option, it will perform well. It is better than a pentium G3258 because of the quad core versus the pentium's dual core. Another option is to go with an Intel i3 with a H97 motherboard. It will perform better than a X4 860k, but will most likely cost a bit more. In any case both will perform well with the R9 280.

And again, the R9 280 needs a power supply that can feed it 25 amps on the 12 volt line. Usually a 500 watts PSU will be enough. Whichever you choose, buy a good PSU. On the site you linked I see they have Silverstone and Be Quiet! PSU's which are decent manufacturer's, for example these:
PSU be quiet! System Power 7 - 500W, 80PLUS Silver
be quiet! Power supply Pure Power L8 500W 80PLUS Bronze
Silverstone SFX 450W PSU (80 PLUS Bronz)
Or higher rated ones.

bump, no one is responding ok than answear this question and thats it: do i really go to buy new cpu or my i3-2100 3.1ghz would be still good till about december 8? because than is my birthday and i gonna get money i think i gonna buy cpu after my birthday

I would personally upgrade ram ,PSU & GPU mate.

The 2100 is still a decent CPU (I have an old 2120 here which I paired with a 280x & still performed decently)

In all honesty an amd 860k would be more of a side grade than anything on the actual performance front
