I am using Biostar G41D3+ Motherboard on my desktop PC. This motherboard supports DDR3 1333Mhz 8GB (4GB in each slot). But now 1333MHz RAM are so rare in my country all rams are 1600Mhz. Can I use 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM on my motherboard?

Thank You In Advance :)

Solution
Yes. Actually, you can use even faster rated memory (as long as the memory uses compatible memory chip architecture).

But, the system should automatically de-rate or down-clock faster rated memory to the system's default speed of DDR3-1066 provided that the system is not overclocked. For example, you install a DDR3-1600 module, the system should automatically down-clock the module to DDR3-1066.

Why Don't You Try These DDR3-1600 Modules ?

http://

Initially They'll Boot On 1066MHz.
But Later On, You Can Tweak Them From BIOS To Run At 1333MHz & More+
