which laser printer to buy under Rs. 15000/-

I want to buy a laser printer with wifi and usb port and it can be monochrome but i don't know anything about them. can anyone suggest a good buy?
Also, earlier I posted a question about which external HDD to buy but couldn't get a satisfying reply. Can anyone suggest a good HDD between wd my passport ultra 2tb and Seagate backup plus 2tb or any other good HDD other than these two?

i just picked up an entry level samsung laser printer. it a well built unit that has usb and wifi and duplex. with laser printers there two type of tonners. one that are all one piece. the tonner and laser drum are one part like old hp cartridges. brother and a few other use two part tonners. the tonner itself and a drum kit. my self i use the all in one peice unit. harder for the tonner to fall out inside and all over the printer and yourself.
