Hi, we are building a system and we have the ASUS B85m-g motherboard that has two 4pins one CPU FAN and one CHA FAN. Well one 4pin is for the hydrocooler and one for it's fan... But the friend that building it for he's brother wants +4 case fans and he already have payed for these... the hydro and it's fan is 4pin while all the other fans are 3pin. How is that supposed to be working? With adaptors? IDK...
Thank you...

What don't you get?

3 and 4 pin fans are different but the plugs are interchangeable. You can plug a 3 pin fan into a 4 pin connector and vice versa?

If you have more fans to plug in than your motherboard has ports, then you would use a splitter like I linked to above to plug 2 fans into 1 port on the motherboard?
