Welcome to the community, srini_vishnu!

I'm truly sorry to hear about your issues with the WD drive and the bad sectors on it. Since it's still under warranty, here you can find the contacts of our customer support: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=koh61W
You will find the contacts for our Support center in India as well. Once you've sent your RMA request to them, you should be able to get your replacement soon enough!
You can also check this article from our knowledge base that explains the whole RMA process in details: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=LvhHFS

Good luck! Hope this was helpful! :)
