i have hpa1251in with PentiumD 820 (S) DC 2.8 GHzand Motherboard Name: RC410-M

Its heat too much after open it goes 68-70c in min or 2,some one say may be changing processor may help, please advice will it help? and what processor i can get for it same as above or any other processor you think better as per my pc that help me.

Install a better heatsink on the thing, Pentium D chips are known to run hot. Or at least clean the existing heatsink and fan and apply new heat grease, maybe add another case fan.
Pentium D's were basically two Pentium 4's on a single die. They're slow, and very hard to keep cool. It's also functionally obsolete years ago.

While it's a socket 775 motherboard, the HP spec sheet says it doesn't support Core 2's, so you're basically SOL here. Really, you should probably just junk that PC; it's like 8 years obsolete.
