Hi,

Thanks in advance for your help. PC died and I'm going to use this as an opportunity to refresh the hardware. Just looking to put together a great build for my business work: analytics, dev, etc. I just need it to be extremely responsive and stable. And it must have 32GB RAM. Box will be running 24/7. I might install games at a later point but no such plans at the moment. Budget is around £1800. I have HDDs so those would not be needed.

I'm unsure about my selection of the MB and PSU.

Solution
This meets all your criteria, has a higher core processor that can be overclocked to 4.0GHz, better RAM (dual channel vs quad channel), as well as have enough money left in budget for a GTX 980ti if you wanted.

Here is a nice quiet build for work, and if you later do gaming it can do that too!

For a really fast responsiveness use the Kingston Predator over the hard drives you have.

Thanks - it looks great. Unfortunately, it looks like shipments are going to take too long for 6700K so went down 5820K path.
