I've plan to install a new Graphics Card for my PC, 'cause my old GT220 has dead.
Many review i've read about R7 240, it's cheap & new games stil playable (with low res and details). After searching in several online stores i've decided to buy PowerColor R7 240 2GB GDDR5 OC.

But the only problem is the seller said this graphics card is only compatible with at least H61 chipset motherboard while mine is 945GC(A2)/ICH7 :'(

Does what the seller told to me is true or not, can anyone help me to verify it?

My rig:
Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate
Intel pentium E5300 @2.6Ghz
RAM DDR2 2+1gb
Asus P5GC-MX/1333 [Latest BIOS installed]
DA Bullet 400W

Solution
The issue may be with the PCIe revision, some newer video cards have issues running on PCIe 1 slots. That board has a 1.1 slot, which means that there is a chance that whoever told you it may not work with that board is right. I have read that AMD cards tend to have more issues with older rev slots than nVidia cards do.
