I'm about to take that first step off the cliff!

I've built dozens of custom towers over the last three years(literally) and have augmented probably over 100 existing custom builds in that time as well. I own a small repair business in my hometown, and custom builds is a small percentage of it's income. I own two personal towers, one for play and one for business. It's time again to upgrade my for play tower, so I'm building a whole new rig from scratch.

I'll be going with an i7-6700K

Ultimately I'm looking to go with my first custom loop. I've waited three years before actually deciding I'm ready to tackle the beast. I wanted to be sure everything else tower hardware related was like second nature to me, before I attempted this. Of course that happened a while ago, but I now officially have the funds to put together another gaming beast(I will be doing various other things with this tower, but primarily gaming. The i7 is warranted regardless)

I've watched probably around 10 custom loop tutorials, some numerous times, and will continue to until the day of lol. My question to tom's is what would be a good first timer kit to purchase. I'm not looking for anything too expensive. I'm working in the ballpark of $200 for the kit. I'd preferably like a dual fan rad, but I could accommodate triple. I'd like a res that could possibly fit into my unused drive bays. But I'd also be open to a cylinder style res if you can suggest one that would work well with an Enthoo Pro case.

Colored tubing is really a concern to me. It can be clear, and it can be colored, idc. Aesthetics are secondary to me, at least for this first time. I won't be adding any color additives, as I've heard they can cause gunking problems?

Any suggestions on biocide? Anti-corrosive? Silver Kill-Coil? Do any kits come with all three included?

Thanks for suggestions! Help me become obsessed with the idea of custom cooling!
