I am building a new gaming pc & i have some confusion. plz give me some advise

Hi friends as I mentioned in heading I am building my new gaming pc (basically upgrading )but have some questions & confusion too.
First see system config. :
i5 4670
Msi Gtx 960 2gb gddr5/oc
Gigabyte GA h97m d3h motherboard
Coolmaster 500w smps
1 tb hdd + 1tb hdd + 500gb hdd (all sata)
8gb ddr3 1333mhz
Now my question is :
1: I already have 4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram , so should I go for 1600mhz or 1333mhz is do fine ?
2: msi gtx 960 2gb gddr5/oc or msi gtx 750i twin frozer
3 : 500w smps is enough or should I consider 600w
Please tell me is this system configuration is ok , fine or good ?
thanks in advance. quick help & advise is much Appreciated.

More about building gaming confusion plz give advise
  1. the 1333 is good enough unless you just want to buy new ram.

the 960 is MUCH better than the 750 ti. they are not even in the same class. looking at the review posted today for the gtx 950 that is worth waiting for. it is almost as good as the 960 but cheaper. be worth waiting a week to see how that pricing goes.

500w is plenty if the psu is quality. cooler master makes some good and some bad psu's. what model are you looking at? there is probably a better psu out there to get depending on what model you are considering.

is there any model of cooler master smps in your mind under 5k ?
  3. the cooler master v and vs series are nice quality. the others are average at best and horrible at worst.

what site are you looking at? i can skim some and see what they have available at a decent price. otherwise you can skim yourself with this list in mind http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html it ranks the psu's and we suggest something from the top 2 tiers. the third tier is where things can get sketchy. i can look myself since i know what's good or you can look yourself. bonus points if the site is in english :)

  6. the thunder series is average at best though i can't find any solid reviews of it. either one is enough power and should be ok for the system as is. if you can afford better then i would suggest getting a known quality unit.

check out the rankings and do some skimming with you budget in mind.
