Pretty good minus a few things.

Go with Gigabyte Gaming SLI motherboard for same amount of money.

Since 16gb is so cheap might as well, but 8gb is all this needed for current gaming

I believe your power supply is not that good. If it is a B1 or G1 I would get better, 750w is not needed anyways unless you are thinking of going SLI in future

If you cant run Ethernet from router to the PC then use a av500 or av600 powerline adapter instead of wifi, this will be much better for ping/latency over wifi.

Go with the I5-4590.
Saves 20-30 bucks, and is the same CPU, just clock speed things, I have the I5-4590. I can record/livestream, game, and have multiple internet browsers in the background all at once.

Here's a link to what I would build for 1350.

Plus I it in a decent gaming headset(unless he has some) (and if your willing to add another 50 bucks, go for the HyperX Cloud II Gaming headset, it's Alot better. And not many gaming headers beat it)
