Do you need windows OS, if you do then 400 pounds is a very low tight budget. I would frankly advise you save up another 100 so that you can build it right the first time then spend 400 now and 200 latter to get up to a 500 pound level.

I didn't specify too far, my budget is flexible to the 500 end, I already have 8gb of ram and an i3 processor, a disk drive ect (they're all currently being used, but i can re-use them) and i dont need an os no as i already have purchased 2, if you could do another build with all this in mind id appreciate it, thanks
