I am currently using an R7 260X and can run csgo maxed at 120-150 fps. If you have the cash to spare choose the 270 for a better card that will last longer.

Minecraft and CS:GO use more CPU than GPU, I don't know about h1z1. You might consider upgrading your CPU if those are the only games you play. What CPU do you have and what would be your budget for a cpu or gpu or both.
