i have around 140 dollars to spend on my cpu for my first pc build and im not sure to go with the fx 6350 with a stock cooler and no overclock, or go with the fx 6300 and get a hyper 212 evo and do a little overclock. which one of these would be better. Ive never done any overclocking in my life but from all the research ive done it doesnt seem too hard.

If those are the only two choices for processors, then definitely the 6300. The 6350 is just binned higher, and with an insane amount of voltage, not required for the 3.9GHz it's clocked at.

Always always go with a 6300 with aftermarket cooler over a 6350 with stock cooler mate.
The 6350 is 109% not worth the extra money, the 6300 is simple to push to 6350 speed & beyond & will do it with less stock voltage - you'll have a cooler, quieter system for the same money.
