Hi, this is my first time building a new PC. I did the paperclip test on the PSU and verified it to be working. Currently when I press the power button the psu and the video card both flash very briefly and then proceed to emit a high pitched sound. I removed the video card and both ram sticks and got nothing from the motherboard, no beeps or anything. Does this sound like a motherboard failure?
