Is Noctua NH-D15 cooler compatible with my case?

Hello everyone!
I have a problem finding information about compatibility of NH-D15 with my Ultra Etorque X4 case, I know the dimensions of my case, bu this doesn't give me much:
Depth 16.93"
Width 7.87"
Height 17.52"
If it's not compatible, or you can suggest something better, please do it (water cooling no exception, but I will less likely choose it) It supposed to cost no more than $120, I'll take any suggestions.
P.S. I am a complete noob in hardware, so please, if you will explaine me something, do it less complicated way. And excuse me for my english, if something is wrong.

I'm sorry very much my fault. I'll edit this with a result.

**Edit** I cannot find anything pertaining to if it will fit. Do you have the case physically? I cannot find the clearance for CPU coolers for that case, as it seems to be a rare gem. I also surprisingly cannot find any cases with similar dimensions. If you can measure it make sure it has a clearance from cpu to side door of ~ 165 mm

I already gave it, unless you meant something else, it's Ultra Etorque X4 Gaming Case,

I measured and it seems compatible, I am just worried that my measurments are a little inaccurate
